Miserere
Das Wort Miserere steht im Lateinischen für `erbarme dich`. In der Medizin ist es ein Begriff für das seltene Phänomen des Koterbrechens. Eigens interpretiert ist es als das Superlativ von Misere zu lesen. In der Installation wird eine von der Wohlstandsgesellschaft erfundene Problematik dargestellt, die in der Form und Intensität eines bevorstehenden Weltuntergangs ausgedrückt wird.
The latin word Miserere means 'have mercy'. In medicine it is a term for the rare phenomenon of fecal vomiting. It is specially interpreted as the superlative of misery (german: Misere). The installation shows invented problems of the wealthy, privileged society, illustrated with the intensity of an impending end of the world. Four staged situations are combined with a video and photo installation of four parts.
